Landscaping & Exterior Design
We bring Mediterranean aesthetics to your projects with villa landscape design, garden planning and exterior design services. Climate-appropriate plant selection, drip irrigation systems and landscaping work enhance both the visual value and resale price of your properties. We create living spaces integrated with nature, drawing on the rich plant diversity of North Cyprus.
North Cyprus's long, dry summers can quickly turn a garden with the wrong plant choices into something impossible to maintain. That's why at the design stage we factor in the local microclimate, soil salinity and water access together. For villas with pools, we pay special attention to chlorine- and salt-resistant plants and flooring, which lowers maintenance costs and keeps the landscape looking good for years.
